- Service pricing on the Site represents a starting price. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and any additional services requested.
- We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking at our discretion.
3. Service Area & On-Site Requirements
As a mobile service, we travel to your location. To complete your service safely and efficiently, you agree to provide:
- A safe, legal, and accessible location to park and work on the vehicle.
- Access to water and a working outdoor power outlet when required for the selected service.
- Removal of valuables and personal items from the vehicle prior to service.
If the location does not meet the requirements for your selected service, we may need to modify or cancel the appointment, and additional charges may apply.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
- We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions that would affect service quality (e.g., heavy rain, extreme temperatures). We will do our best to provide advance notice.
5. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash and commonly used electronic payment methods. Specific payment options will be confirmed at booking.
- Prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars and do not include taxes unless stated.
6. Vehicle Condition & Results
We take great care with every vehicle we detail. However, please note:
- Some damage (e.g., deep scratches, permanent stains, oxidation, pet odors, water spots etched into paint) may not be fully removable even with our most thorough service.
- We will advise you before starting if we believe a specific issue cannot be fully resolved.
- Pre-existing damage is not our responsibility. By booking, you agree that we are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage, or wear.
7. Liability
We carry reasonable business liability coverage and perform all services with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our Services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service in question.
- We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables and personal belongings before service.
8. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the booking form.

We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles we service to showcase our work on our website and social media. If you do not wish us to use photos of your vehicle, please let us know before or at the time of service.
